TOWNSHIP THEATER TO CLOSE - An institution in the Pascack Valley since 1966, the Township Theater is shutting its doors on July 31.  According to an article itn the Pascack Press , the owners made "every effort to negotiate a continued lease but were unable to reach an agreement. 'Despite our best attempts, [the owners] remain committed to their redevelopment plans, and the closure of the theater is inevitable.' they said in a message to patrons."
