When is the reunion?

The reunion will be held in October 17, 2015.

Is there anything else planned for that weekend?

Are members of other classes invited?

While we are not actively soliciting members of other classes to attend, we would enjoy their company, and welcome any PV alumni from the era.

Are teachers invited?

We have not yet sent any formal invitations out to any of our teachers, but we would love to see them.  Feel free to invite them (as paying guests, of course.)  

Should I bring a guest?

Spouses, domestic partners and dates are more than welcome.  In 2010, about 23% of our classmates brought nonclassmate guests.

What's the dress code?

We don't exactly have a dress code for the events of reunion weekend.   As for the main event on Saturday night, most people attending the 35 year reunion dressed business casual , which may not help as that sometimes escapes precise definition.  If you'd like to get a clearer picture, we have clearer pictures of what people were wearing in the Scenes from the 35 Year Reunion section of the website.  If you are planning on attending the Friday night festivities, people tended to dress perhaps a bit more casual, but again, you can judge for yourself by seeing what people were wearing at the Iron Horse on the website

Why are we having it at the DoubleTree in Mahwah?

It really became a no brainer.  The DoubleTree gave us the biggest bang for the buck, providing us with more food options and butlered hors d'oeuvres at a much better price than the other places we considered.  The hotel bar at the DT is open until 3:00 am to accommodate those who just don't want go home, while other hotel bars closed at 12:30 am or 1:30 am.  DT came highly recommended by a Glen Rock High School reunion group who had their affair there in October 2014.  And finally, the Super 8 Hotel right next door provides an inexpensive lodging option, as the nightly rates are about 1/2 the price of most other venue hotels, including DT.
